Eleven pairings entered.....

We had an excellent start to 2010 with our "Adult & Child" Fun Doubles Tournament taking place in the February sunshine! The 4 pairs that made it through to the top Round Robin Box were: Alex & Alistair Kirkwood, James & Kate Maxwell, Charlie Boom & Dougie Gilchrist and Zoe Sinclair & Cameron Gilchrist. The winners were Zoe & Cameron with Charlie & Dougie the runners up. Well done to all the players who dusted off their rackets!
The next tournament at the club is on Saturday 20th March 2-4 pm  which is a Junior Doubles Handicap - so find an U18 partner and sign up your entry in the clubhouse; there will be a handicap system to ensure that strong pairings with players rated 9.2 or better will have to work hard to win!
